This piece origins is a story in itself. Adam Hughes couldn't find the time to do it in the first place, so Mark Chiarello at DC asked me if I could start from Adam's sketch, using the same attitude with slight changes, and do the inks and colors... I reworked the face cause DC wanted a younger and more innocent look to it. Going after AHim! was quite a bit of stress, but after proposing another face, I cooled off and managed to finish the art on time... It was presented at NY Comicon but I didn't see it during the conference from DC executives and writers... I was too busy doing sketches in artist alley...
